I dowloaded your app and wanted to use the basic options and have t noticed that it switched to the premium one! I have received the bill and was surprised that i had to pay 10 dollars for this.. as far i as i know i never agreed on paying for this app.

I downloaded your aplication and wanted to use the trial/ basic version. Last month i reveived a bill for 9.99 usd but didn’t realise the reason. Today the withdrawl from my bank account has repeated and i foud out that the bill was for this aplication. I have never agreed to pay for this. I did not receive any notification or alerts informing me about payment. I consider that this is an unauthorized withdrawl of money from my bank account!! Please refund my money and unsubscribe me from this payments. I am not going to use your app anymore!!

It does not start any subscription without user's approval - it is impossible to start a subscription without authorization. App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them in iTunes Subscriptions (please check Apple Support page for details: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039).
