Am înregistrat astăzi aplicația fiind în Republica Moldova, mi-a venit azi un transfer din România, banii s-au înregistrat pe card virtual, acum am încercat să transfer banii pe un card fizic și îmi scrie ca cardul a fost emis într-o altă țară decât cea în care sunt înregistrat. Am încercat să-i trimit înapoi persoanei care mi-a făcut transferul exact pe același card, îmi scrie același lucru. Datele le-am pus toate corect la înregistrare, țară am indicat Republica Moldova, care ar putea fi cauza?

I can’t receive transfer. Every time requested to complete verification process, but i’d completed it several times: via app, zendesk, support chat and sumsub. Support always says that the problem is solved, but i still to encounter it and cannot use the service
