You might fire the whole customer support team because they simply do not anything. I have an issue which I needed help. The message I sent through the app received straight away an automated answer saying the issue is out of the scope of their support team, which is simply not true. Every other messenger team would help me with that issue. When I tried to contact their website, the site was so bugged and laggy that I could not send a message. The “Help Center” is not helpful at all and the “Send Question” does not click. I mention that I have up to date PCs and phones so the issue is definitely not coming from my devices. I asked other close people I trust to send to send the message from their devices but the same stuff happens. It bugs my mind how a company with such a big customer base and world presence is unable to create a reliable contact channel to address issues and over relies on faulty and unintelligent “AI” software. Can I get a proper email address where I will receive an answer from a real person so my issue could be solved? I double mention that your “traditional” options of customer support are faulty. Thank you in advance!

For new users of this application, should be more easier to chat, and create group chats. Im a student and im a team leader for my group so i wanted to create a group with my colleagues. And 2 days in a row Whatsapp bans me for spam. But im not doing spam, im just triying 2 days to finally create this group. And of course, support dont respond. I would recommend to stop these bans because they completely block any normal actions and do not let people do their job like they should. REVIEW MY REQUEST. I dont have that much time to wait

This app when someone calls by mobile it doesn’t hold the answer or close it . My point is that people will hear everything your talking to someone even if u dont want to . So maybe you will fix this and when someone calls the whatsapp call will end or will be held
