Before switching to iPhone, I was using Google Maps with my Google Pixel. I don't know what's the algorithm they are using but, if I start driving from my home to work, they predict an exact time and more or less - a stable route.I downloaded Waze on iOS because Google Maps is unavailable in my country on this platform. I was impressed with the road notifications I am getting from the Waze community. Very-very helpful! But, when it comes to routes and time calculation - it is just a disaster. Terrible "help".First of all - it never predicts an exact time. Secondly, in just 3 months of use, about 3-4 times got in a closed road. Thirdly, it changes the route very often during driving and very often - without any time economy. I am driving from work to home simultaneously with my colleague to an exact same location because he is my neighbor too - I am using Waze and very often I am getting stuck in heavy traffic roads but he arrives sooner than me via alternative ways (I have 12 yrs driving experience he has 2 and I know better than him our city - Chisinau, the capital of Moldova)I am writing this review because yesterday I did the same check with another friend - he got to the destination 15 mins earlier and I got in a hell traffic road. How that is even possible if this app is so good???Are you using any AI?If Google will implement road notifications for their Google Map - than you will be simply forgotten because, from my POV - Waze is doing a terrible job finding the best route and predicting the ETAVery-very disappointingI really hope my review will help and I am willing to send you material in confirming the above if you my review can help improving the app
