The app has serious filtering issues, probably owing to sellers labelling their products without check. For example, in the electronics tab, searching for “mobile phone” may yield results with t-shirts. A specific filter for men’s clothing gives results for women’s clothing. Same goes for all the other categories. Filtering for something specific is very tricky and sometimes impossible. This needs to be addressed as a priority.

In the Trendyol store , products with defects are sold. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a clothing,dishes or something else - there is some kind of defect in every order. But considering the price, you can turn a blind eye to it. Still , please keep this in mind when placing an order!

Many items do not have proper or detailed descriptions. There is often no size chart for a specific product, no clear measurements, materials, or other important details. Because of this, you constantly have to message the seller just to ask basic questions that should already be included in the product description.In addition, the quality of many products is disappointing. Items often turn out to be much worse than they appear in the photos, while the prices are quite high.

The worst website I've ever shopped on. They recommended it to me and said it had fast delivery (3-5 days). I ordered two pairs of sneakers, and after a week of waiting, the order was canceled without any reason and a refund was issued (not by me). I was very angry, since the sneakers were a gift. I got my money back. The situation repeated itself when I ordered other sneakers, and after two weeks, only one pair arrived, the second was sent back, without any reason. I'm disappointed. The assistant couldn't properly explain the reason for the return.
