Description
The Life Goals application is a self-management and psychoeducational application for individuals with mood disorders. Life Goals is an evidence-based program that is designed to help individuals with mental health conditions improve their health through self-management sessions and mood monitoring. This application is part of ongoing research, and users of the application must be a consented participant to utilize the functionality.

This version includes a number of bug fixes and user interface improvements.
This version also includes the ability to Rate and Review all of your Personal Action Plans.
We have also broken the Modules into Sub-Modules, which can be completed at your convenience, with the ability to go back and edit your responses
in the Sub-Modules before completion of the Module itself.
