「NCCNET mPOS行動收單業務」APP由財團法人聯合信用卡處理中心提供，是一項使用行動裝置的支付卡收單服務。藉由已裝載「NCCNET mPOS行動收單業務」APP的智慧型手機或平板電腦，以藍芽連結專用之讀卡機，即可將行動裝置提升為刷卡機功能。消費者不論使用磁條、晶片或感應信用卡，商家都可透過行動裝置上「NCCNET mPOS行動收單業務」APP，在有行動通訊的環境中，接受支付卡付款。
「NCCNET mPOS行動收單業務」APP所需權限及用途：
1.位置：使用裝置的位置資訊。
2.相機：使用裝置的相機。
3.藍芽連線資訊：允許應用程式控制藍芽功能，包括對附近的藍芽裝置播送資訊，或是從附近的藍芽裝置取得資訊。
