usefull but with bugs
on my iphone xr when i go to schedule on any bus line the app closes. this is a feature that i used very often and it would be really helpful if it was fixed.
JSP is a disgrace
It is the worst transportation company ever.
The busses are constantly late sometimes for 30-50 minutes when actually JSP and its’s applications indicate that there will be a bus in every 10 minutes. Then there is no complaint department none of the emails on their webpage work they are there just formally, they don’t exist. The phone number to call and apply complaints never answers.
Sometimes you have to ask yourself is there even someone running this organization or everybody does whatever they want, it surely feels like that. I am especially talking about the number 19 and 20 busses. I mean this is disgrace honestly, because of their lack ability to manage their own duty responsibilities we are constantly late for everything whether is it work, school or any kind of appointment.
It doesn't update new schedules
The app doesn't take into account when there are changes in the bus schedule, for example during spring break the buses are reduced but this app will lead you on to think nothing is changed.
