I added the destination address but it doesn’t show at the taxi drivers end (UI), eve though for the end customer the destination address is a mandatory field in order to be able to make the request in the first place. A taxi driver pointed this out and told me that cause of this some drivers don’t pick cetain passanger which explains a lot.

Considered Review
Selecting a start location later than your phones current location is impossible. Drivers still call and need directions and confirmation, probably because the application doesn’t allow for pickup location selection. Arrival times are never correct.

Living in Gjorce Petrov is a nightmare when it comes to wanting to drive with this company. There is never coverage in this area and even if you sometimes, somehow get a car, you wait 15 minutes minimum.

For some reason drivers always want to call you before they arrive. And if they don’t reach you by the phone they simply cancel the ride. Why do they need to call anyway?! They have pick up address and the end point. Just get to the address! What a pleasure to wait 15 minutes for a car and then see it cancelled because the driver wants to talk on a phone first
