If you purchased yearly subscription and meanwhile you change phones on different stores, your subscription can't be used anymore and there is no possible solution or refund for you not to lose your money completely. You don't get service nor your money back. Developer won't take responsibility , Google Play Support team also didn't consider these situations and untill now i don't have clear response on my issue. I lost my money but you don't have to :)

Developer Response
Hi there! Your subscription is purchased through the store that has its own policy, different from App Store's. This is why the subscription can't be transferred. Stores issue refunds as purchases are made through them, and we can't influence their decisions.

Almost 2 weeks I can’t use the FaceApp because it doesn’t open any picture- so just stay “preparing” on the screen and nothing opens… so I deleted the app from my phone - but still keeped my yearly subscription, and when I installed the app again it doesn’t allow me to use it, but it still shows that the subscription is okay, just don’t allow me to use any filter- even if it’s not pro? How can I fix this?
