This application enables contactless payments with your phone and the execution of Flik instant payments.

What does NLB Pay allow you to do?
- Pay for purchases in stores and withdraw cash at contactless ATMs using Google Pay or Apple Pay. Simply unlock your mobile phone with NFC enabled, hold it near the POS terminal, and wait for the sound signal.
- View all payments and withdrawals under “Transactions” section of NLB Pay.
- Confirm online card payments. When paying with a card online, you will receive a notification on your phone and can easily confirm the transaction directly in the mobile wallet (using facial recognition, fingerprint, or the numeric password used to access NLB Pay).
- Send money to family and friends. With Flik instant payments, you can transfer money to other Flik users via their phone number. The funds will appear in their account within seconds — even if they use another bank.
- Use Flik functionalities such as bill splitting and recurring payments.
- Manage card security settings. You can limit card usage at ATMs, online, abroad, and lock or unlock the card if needed.
- Add all merchant loyalty cards to NLB Pay.
Supported devices
NLB Pay is available to users of smartphones running Android 9.0 or iOS 15 and above.
Security first.
Due to card system security requirements, NLB Pay does not operate on mobile phones with modified factory settings or devices with altered system software (rooted phones). It also does not work if your phone is not secured/locked with at least one security element — PIN, pattern, fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.

Kaj vam omogoča NLB Pay?

- Nakazovanje denarja sorodnikom in prijateljem. S takojšnjimi plačili Flik lahko drugim Flik uporabnikom denar nakažete kar prek njihove telefonske številke. Denar bo na njihovem računu že v nekaj sekundah tudi, če imajo osebni račun odprt pri drugi banki.

NLB Pay zaradi varnostnih zahtev kartičnih sistemov ne deluje na mobilnih telefonih s spremenjenimi tovarniškimi nastavitvami oziroma telefonih, ki imajo spremenjeno prednastavljeno programsko kodo (zlom zaščite - »rootani« mobilni telefoni). Ravno tako ne deluje, če telefona nimate zavarovanega / zaklenjenega z vsaj enim varnostnim elementov – PIN, vzorec, prstni odtis, prepoznava obraza …

I’ve been waiting for a year now, and the app is still not available. I rely on using my phone for payments, and not having access to NLB Pay creates real inconvenience, as I have to carry everything with me. As the leading bank in the Macedonian economy, it’s really time to make this service available for your citizens.Could you please let me know when NLB Pay will be available on iOS for users in Macedonia? It is quite disappointing that the bank with the best performance in the Macedonian economy has not yet made this service available.

Since the new flow implemented on March 1st, authorization payments are not working properly. When I press “Authorize,” the app opens a new screen that shows the exact same data again instead of completing the process. The flow feels broken and stuck in a loop.There are also noticeable UI glitches during the authorization step, which makes the app feel unstable and unreliable for payments.This issue seriously affects usability, especially when quick authorization is required. Please fix the new authorization flow as soon as possible.

The app is modern, smooth, easy to use, UI/UX wise it’s perfect, and simply does what you would expect it to do.Additionally the bank provides the best services regarding payments and everything is straightforward and neatly implemented within the app!
