SmartUAQ app is the official app of the government of UAQ developed by the eGovernment department as a gateway to the local departments services, the application provides several services for the citizens, residents, visitors & establishment of Umm Al Quwain which are listed below:
UAQ Janzah service :Provides a notification when a person is passed away with the burial information
Services: Listing of the local department services according to the targeted audience .Also you can find selected services where you can initiate a service request like supplier registration
My Requests: Provides the status of the services requested by the user ,and the action required.
News service :Provides latest news of the government and the Emirate of UAQ
Events services: Listing of all the UAQ government events
About UAQ :General information about Umm Al Quwain , Ruler , Crown prince and the Local Government departments of UAQ
Profile : You can follow up with the requested service status ,check services notifications and pay service fees
To raise the value of social contribution and increase the awareness the public that it is an obligation for every citizen or resident to support and contribute with the government by reporting any negative environmental case ;assisting the UAQ government through incident discovery .we are offering “My suggestion/My city” service where the user will be able to submit a picture ,location and comments .
