平安医联APP的创立，是为了适应新时代国家医疗体制改革，完善国家医疗体系建设，鼓励民营资本投资医疗的大背景下，并结合当今新兴网络科技平台发展时代，为了服务于民营医院发展，实现医疗资源共享情况下的产物。在公立医院医疗专家和缺少医疗人才的民营医院之间建立沟通，帮扶，发展的桥梁，为我国民营医疗的发展提供全面的人才服务。 医生端: 各个行业的医疗专家，可以根据自己的专业技术情况，在平安医联APP医生端进行注册，平安医联APP后台，根据医生注册时所提供各种专业资格证书真实性进行审核，待审核通过后，医生缴纳一定数额的技术保证金，之后即可正式成为公司正式注册会员，即可通过平台指派到需要的医疗机构从事医疗帮扶服务，待服务结束后，即可得到一定数额的劳动报酬。同时也对所服务的医疗机构的技术提升，也起到了指导提升的效果。如果医生想退出平安医联APP会员，不想通过平安医联APP平台为民营医院提供技术帮扶，只需在平安医联APP医生端内提出申请，平台将于3个工作日内审核通过后，原路全额退回医生指定账户，完成解约。
