3teneFT (3tene Face Tracking) is a support app for high-precision facial recognition in the PC app for virtual YouTubers, "3tene."
If you have an iPhone X or later, you can use your iPhone's facial recognition feature to capture eye and mouth movement and orientation information and send it to 3tene. This information is then reflected in real time on the body tilt and facial movement of characters (VRM, Live2D models) displayed in 3tene, enabling face tracking that can be controlled.
Easily animate your favorite characters with your own facial expressions.
How to Use
*Network knowledge is required for connection.
1. Connect your iPhone to the same network (router) as your PC (3tene) via WiFi.
2. Enter the IP address numbers (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) displayed in the "System" section of 3tene's settings window and tap the connect icon to send the recognition results to 3tene. (Only the recognition results will be sent; camera images will not be sent.)
3. Change the face tracking type in 3tene's avatar adjustment window to "iPhone."
4. When you activate 3tene's face tracking, the facial information recognized by your iPhone will be reflected in your 3tene character.
If your security software's firewall is enabled, communication between 3tene and 3teneFT may be blocked. If this happens, you will need to add settings to your security software to prevent 3tene from being blocked.
