DIE APP FÜR BEWEGUNGSPAUSEN IM SCHULUNTERRICHT Die App ACTIVARO ermöglicht es Lehrkräften, schnell und unkompliziert Bewegungspausen im Unterricht durchzuführen. Eine große Anzahl an Übungen steht mit Videos zur Verfügung. Die Bewegungspausen kommen überwiegend ohne Hilfsmittel aus und können ohne Vorbereitung in jedem Klassenraum durchgeführt werden, der mit einem Beamer oder Smartboard ausgestattet ist. ZIELE Bewegungspausen können als Belastungsausgleich zum vorwiegend sitzend absolvierten Schulalltag dienen. In der ACTIVARO-App können Nutzerinnen und Nutzer Übungen nach vier Kategorien filtern. Ein Wechsel zwischen den verschiedenen Schwerpunkten wird empfohlen. KONZENTRATION Gerade nach längeren sitzintensiven Arbeitsphasen treten häufig Ermüdungserscheinungen auf. Mit konzentrationsfördernden Bewegungspausen können Kinder und Jugendliche nicht nur ihre Konzentrationsleistung steigern, sondern auch ihre Koordination verbessern. AKTIVIERUNG Aktivierende Bewegungspausen erlauben es, das konzentrierte Arbeiten zu unterbrechen und wieder wacher an die Unterrichtsinhalte zu gehen. Sie unterstützen das natürliche Bewegungsbedürfnis der Kinder und wirken sich nachweislich positiv auf das Gehirn aus. ENTSPANNUNG Entspannungspausen im Unterricht können Stresssymptome mildern und dabei helfen, einen für das Lernen optimalen psychologischen Zustand herzustellen. In Momenten der Reizüberflutung unterstützen sie die Kinder und Jugendlichen dabei, Ruhe zu finden. AUFLOCKERUNG Bewegungspausen dieser Kategorie bieten körperliche und geistige Auflockerung, die auch kurzfristig wirkt.
