Revision Desk Revise a saved caption with a named change record, compare the saved and draft text, and restore a previous version into the editor. 1. Open Revision Desk and choose a saved caption. 2. Edit the draft, describe why it changed and save a revision. The first revision also preserves the original text. 3. Load a previous version into the editor and save it as a new revision when ready. Loading a version changes only the draft until you save. Calendar entries and previously shared copies are not rewritten. Character and word counts do not predict reach or engagement. History has an explicit limit and individual versions can be deleted.

New Formatter tab with three pre-posting tools. Line Breaks cleans your caption so paragraph breaks survive posting, with invisible or visible spacers. Style Text turns any word or line into bold, italic, script, monospace, and more for caption fields that have no formatting. First Comment moves your trailing hashtag block into a separate copy-ready comment so your caption stays clean. Everything runs on-device, as always.

Caption Forge 2.1 adds Publish Readiness, a new preflight screen that combines hook strength, reader action, hashtag balance, platform fit, readability, and Forge Score into one practical go/no-go checklist. It also adds priority fixes, a final-post checklist, and new test coverage for readiness scoring.

This update sharpens the interface: the iPad layout now uses a centered, comfortable reading width instead of stretching edge to edge, so every screen reads as a clean column. iPhone is unchanged; still fully on-device.
