Health kit integration is used by the app to provide the number of steps walked, Heart rate, and steps climbed by users in the app and communicated to the physician treating the patient when the patient provides consent to the provider.
CoreyOCH™ is used in outpatient services, and physician groups are driven by requirements by Payers to reduce re-admission rates. CoreyHealth™ and CoreyOCH™ enable coordination of care between multiple providers and patients, including medication management.
