Students can switch modes from the chat header, with first-use tips and a hint to “Tap the pill to switch expertise.” 1.2 Personalized guidance Ivy tailors advice by grade level and explains school recommendations with fit rationale, such as major match, cost, location, and score alignment. 1.3 Safer, smarter conversations Ivy blocks off-topic questions and uses improved memory with topic caps, duplicate removal, and automatic pruning of outdated profile facts. 2. Universities list with "smart" school insights University cards now show personalized Reach, Match, or Safety badges, plus consistent admission chance percentages across browse, saved schools, and tracker views. 3. Journey Tab with course syncing Students can paste their real course names, and Ivy maps them to skill-tree nodes. Confirmed courses are batch-marked as In Progress with confidence indicators and a sync confirmation toast. 4. Users can now create an account or sign in using their Apple ID. Tapping "Sign in with Apple" on the login or registration screen presents Apple's native authentication prompt. A new account is created automatically using the user's name or email, with no password required. Existing username and password sign-in remains available.
