In a near future where people fight for their own desires, conflicts are never-ending.
By acquiring the remains of an extraterrestrial lifeform, Noah Technocrats Corporation developed a powerful and expandable tactical exoskeleton known as "Gallal" and built a massive orbital base called "Astral Dome" equipped with super weapons above the equator.
The sky is covered with steel as far as the eye can see, and the land is rife with despair.
Numerous factions united to challenge Noah, resulting in the destruction and desolation of most of the surface. Afterward, each faction developed a new combat weapon called "E.T.E" to replace "Gallal" and formed the "Human Union." Thus began a standoff between humanity and Noah.
