Your job is to listen, absorb, and figure it out by ear. No tab to follow. No video to pause. No notation to read. Just you, your guitar, and material you've never heard before. THE GENERATOR - 5 genres: rock, blues, jazz, metal, funk - 30 second solos with full backing tracks - A-B looping to isolate and repeat any section - Speed control with pitch preservation. Slow it down without changing pitch - A new solo every time. Every session different THE TOOLKIT - Recorder. Capture a phrase you want to work out, or a take of your own playing. Loop it, slow it down, shed it the same way you would a generated solo. - Ear tuner. Digital reference tones for standard, flat standard, drop D, DADGAD and more. No needle, no meter. Tune by ear. - Metronome. Set the tempo and lock in. The recorder, ear tuner, and metronome are free. A subscription unlocks the solo generator. The shed is always open. Rename a take to whatever you'll remember. Search by name, filter by genre, key, or tempo, and sort the list however you think. Your stars, filters, and sort hold across launches. PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF Close FretShed and open it again to find it the way you left it. The tab you were on, the solo in the now-playing bar, and the open player all come back.
