It mirrors your shared inbox, assigned conversations, contacts, tasks, and notifications on iPhone and iPad. With Marv.inbox, your team can: - Work customer conversations from one mobile inbox - Reply to messages across your connected business channels - See full customer and channel context at a glance - Add internal notes to brief teammates - Assign conversations and update their status - Message teammates directly and in team chat - Use AI assist to summarize threads, draft replies, and translate - Track personal tasks and browse contacts - Get push notifications for new messages, assignments, mentions, and task alerts Before you sign in: - Your organization needs an active Marvinbox account. - Your administrator must grant you access. - Use the same credentials you use on the Marvinbox web platform.
