パン作りのたびに「粉の量を変えたら、他の材料は何グラム？」「この型に合わせると分量はどうなる？」と計算していませんか。
パン計算ノートは、そんな製パンの計算をまとめて引き受けるシンプルな計算ノートです。
■ ベーカーズパーセントで自由自在
粉の量を100%として、各材料を割合で管理します。粉の量を300g→450gに変えても、配合の比率は崩れません。スケール（量の増減）がひと目で決まります。
■ 手持ちの材料から逆算
「水が250gある。加水率70%なら粉は何g？」——材料の重さとベーカーズ%から、必要な粉の量を逆算できます。
■ 型のサイズに合わせて換算（このアプリならでは）
丸型・角型・食パン型（パウンド型）のサイズを入れると容量を計算し、「いまの型」と「焼きたい型」の容量比から分量を自動でスケールします。
■ 加水率もひと目で
水・牛乳など水分の材料を合計して、加水率を自動表示します。
■ レシピの保存
お気に入りの配合に名前とメモを付けて保存。あとから呼び出して、その日の粉量や型に合わせて使えます（無料は3件、プレミアムで無制限）。
