LandTeller is jobsite management software designed for land developers and their contractors.
- Field workers can see their location on the site plan with their smartphones.
- Field workers can pin work tickets to the site plan.
The work tickets can be sent electronically to their contractor.
- The tickets will pop up on his smartphone.
- He can see the work ticket on the site plan and navigate to the exact spot where the work needs to be done.
- The contractor can fix the problem, take a photo, and send the work ticket back to the assignor.
For owners and managers of the project, LandTeller has an AI which can answer questions about status 24/7. The AI analyzes the work tickets and project emails. No longer will owner/managers have to wait for their status meeting.
