We've expanded our ICE (Interactive Customer Evaluation) auto-submit feature to cover DFAC and Other Facility reviews along side the Barracks reviews. After submitting your review, Hots&Cots will give you the option to automatically forward your feedback to the official DoD ICE system — no extra forms, no navigating outdated websites. Only your review title and description are submitted, and your identity remains anonymous. We're also now displaying ICE community scores after you submit a DFAC review. Scores are pulled directly from the DoD ICE system and averaged across four dimensions: appearance, staff, timeliness, and hours of service. See how your DFAC stacks up before you walk away. We've also expanded our list of DFACs available to pick from during Hots reviews!
