Big problems with Viber and Viber on Mac
zuperDome (Pitful-Phone-7080)
I have been using since 2020, and there are some big problems with it! Viber is an app that only supports x64 (Intel) based CPUs on Mac. Since 2022, Apple introduced their Apple Silicon chips. Lots of apps support Apple Silicon such as; Signal, Messenger, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Camtasia. But.. Viber still doesn't have support for Apple Silicon, so if you want to use on an Apple Silicon based Mac with Rosetta, then, the experience is laggy and unresponsive.Apple may kill Rosetta in the future and Viber can't be run on Mac. Also, Viber itself is slow when sending message messages and photos. It's bloated with ads and other stuff. And I just hate the look and fell of Viber, especially on Windows. So please, the great team at Viber, fix all those annoying problems and make an Apple Silicon version, then, Viber will become one of the best, if not the best messaging apps to use in 2023 and beyond. Also, update your website, as it looks like it was designed in 2013. I am looking forward to your fix.
The Rakuten Viber experience just got better!
Update now and feel the difference.
