THE WWS CALCULATION
Every feature of the home earns points: floor area, energy label, WOZ value, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor space, parking, monument status, and more. The total maps to a maximum monthly rent and a housing segment (sociaal, midden, or vrije sector). Updated annually as the government adjusts the tables.
Two scoring tracks are built in:
