How it's working? The dispatcher assigns a driver to complete a given order on the Trans.eu Platform. A driver with the Loads4DRIVER application installed receives a notification about an automatically generated task. The application provides him with all the necessary information needed to perform the task and notifies him on an ongoing basis about changes (the driver's phone must be connected to the Internet). The application makes it easier for the driver to perform tasks and allows them to be viewed in detail, in the order in which they were completed. Thanks to the application, the driver can quickly contact the dispatcher and report any problems and delays.
