ROBCodeAgent is an independent companion from Orbitus Robotics for Codex sessions running on your Mac. Pair once over local Wi-Fi, keep several conversations open in a horizontal tab bar, see new sessions appear automatically, read structured output and live Codex progress, send or steer prompts in simultaneous sessions, interrupt individual turns, and choose the model and supported thinking effort for every session from iPhone or iPad.
Your Codex account stays on the Mac. ROBCodeAgent does not copy API credentials to iOS, operate a cloud relay, include advertising, or collect analytics. The Mac bridge communicates with the local Codex app server while a deliberately small API allowlist and device-key pinning protect the mobile link.

ROBCodeAgent Bridge and a working Codex CLI installation are required for live sessions. Both devices must be connected to a local network that permits peer-to-peer discovery. The notarized Mac companion and setup guide are available at https://www.orbitusrobotics.com/robcodex/.
ROBCodeAgent Bridge is also a complete terminal-style Codex workspace on the Mac. Its horizontal tabs can replace separate Terminal windows while the same sessions, saved history, live output, prompts, model and thinking controls, and per-session Stop controls remain available on a paired iPhone or iPad.
ROBCodeAgent sessions use Allow Full Access so Codex can read and modify files available to the Mac user, use the network, and run commands without approval pauses. Only pair devices you trust with control of the Mac account.
