1TapTrack allows you to easily track your activities and actions... what activities you spend time with, which habits and behaviours you are building or adhering to. What actions you want to foster or avoid.
1TapTrack is built for maximum convenience, not one superfluous tap! Define what you want to measure either as a timer (eg. time spent for learning) or as a counter (eg max number of coffees). Theo only tap on a tile when an activity starts or tap on the tile when you want the counter to increase.
All interventions generate an entry in the database, which you can conveniently download to analyse in Excel. All interactions are totally intuitive! Activities and counters are organised in classes which can be defined individually. Default classes are proposed (business, health, entertainment, family&Friends, education).
Systems beat emotions all the time! 1TapTrack helps you to build great systems to steer your daily activities so you can achieve your potential! 1TapTrack is the foundation for deliberate decisions on how to best spend the sole resource that fully belongs to you, your life time!
