Summary of Fixes.
1. Cardio Background Timeout Bug - Fixed the issue where returning to the app after
being backgrounded past the timeout wouldn't auto-save the workout. Now it immediately
triggers the save when you return.
2. Navigation Bar Contrast - Replaced iOS's translucent navigation bars (which had poor
contrast in iOS 18) with custom solid dark army green headers with white text.
3. Header Spacing - Adjusted the header structure to have natural, balanced padding
instead of the compressed look.
