Aimed at any cleaning or hygiene operation, the BICSc Audit app provides the functionality to audit the processes and paperwork within an organisation, combined with the option to undertake a full visual inspection of the building.
It can be used as a daily checking system for cleaning supervisors, a monthly sample inspection for managers, or for a client to be able to complete their own inspection.
The inspection element of the app includes the 6 Functional Risk Categories as specified by NHS England, along with the complete list of 50 elements.
The app has the ability to include pictures to illustrate any comments the auditor wishes to make.
The completed reports can be downloaded in a PDF format which will include the auditor's comments and pictures that have been added.
Historical reports are available to download while the user holds a valid subscription.
