How It Works:
1. Choose apps or categories to restrict
2. Set your timer duration
3. Sign your commitment
4. Complete your focus session; apps are restricted until the timer runs out
5. Track your commitments and hold yourself accountable

Important Notes:
• Requires iOS Screen Time to be enabled
