BTND has been created to help you access your optimum potential, providing you with all the tools and resources to improve your physical and mental well-being. Our app has a wide variety of features that you can utilise in your time with us. We have expert training advice from the only two athletes to run under 57 minutes at a HYROX UK event; both of whom have also run a sub 3 hour Marathon. Whether it be a daily plan to keep your training interesting, an 8 week plan to get you into running for the first time, Additionally, our community features allow for you to find the people who resonate with you. From local run clubs, to community leaderboards, to various sporting societies; we’ve got you covered. Our calendar feature will allow you to book events and sessions in advance, as well as browse to see which ones fit your schedule. If it’s nutritional advice you’re after, we have a variety of recipes designed to make your life a little bit easier (and tastier) - with a selection of vegan, vegetarian and omnivorous recipes to choose from. App members will also be the first to know about new BTND clothing drops, offers in the shop, and limited edition events. Join like minded individuals on their journey, as we strive to make everyone's life better the next day.
