Your next call on the home screen and the lock screen: a widget with your call time, where to be, and the scene shooting now (thanks Joakim!). My Wrap keeps your rates and the kit you rent out, and shows what each day earned. On the iPhone Duo, opening and closing keeps your place, and nothing sits on the fold. Large phone text no longer squeezes the crew list (thanks Joakim!), and the email about a forwarded call sheet can be switched off in Settings (thanks Menno!).

Search is back at the top of All Days. Matches appear as you type, even without signal, or ask a question and follow up on the answer. Forwarding call sheets by email is easier to set up: steps for your own mail service, the steps by email for your computer, a notification when the confirmation code arrives, and the address saved as a contact. A PDF holding several shoot days that comes back as one day is now refused and the credit refunded.

Made for iPhone Duo. Open it and your day spreads across two pages: what is happening now on the left, the rest of the day on the right. Close it and you are right where you were. Share Pro with your crew. Settings now holds your own code, good for three months of Pro for up to five colleagues. Moving a day into a brand new production works, and a sheet from a new shoot no longer lands in an old production with the same title. (thanks Geoff!) Links in our emails now open the app instead of the browser.

Joining a production is easier. Tap the link your crew sends you, install, sign in, and that call sheet is already open. Copied the link first? The app picks it up as soon as you open it. Your day reads the way you want. Scenes and department notes come straight after the schedule, and you choose the order of everything else. Wrapping is quicker. My Wrap opens already filled in, so invoicing takes seconds. Call sheets you forward by email now greet you when you open the app, and the button in that email takes you straight to the day. Shared call sheets stay with you offline.

What's new: - A revised call sheet now updates its day instead of adding a second one (thanks Joakim!) - Department notes, like props per scene, get their own section (thanks George!) - Send a new call sheet straight into a production from the upload screen (thanks Leo!) - Mark a scene as skipped (thanks Frank!) - Upload several files as one call sheet - Two pages side by side on iPad and the iPhone Duo - Your call sheets stay on the phone when there is no signal

The page no longer slides sideways on a phone. Tapping a location opens the navigation app you picked, with the destination already in it. Add a location or a schedule row and it lands where its time belongs, instead of at the bottom. Paste a map link shared from your phone and the name and address fill themselves in. A date printed as 04/03/26 is read the way the country of the shoot writes it. The effects department now finds itself in the crew list (thanks Kevin!). Stopping a share no longer says it worked when the signal was too poor to be sure.

Upload a production plan, not just a call sheet. Callsheet Pro reads a whole shoot plan and turns every day in it into its own shoot day, with the right call time for a location you come back to. Your line breaks stay where you put them. Notes, schedule rows, scene descriptions and parking now keep the layout you typed (thanks Geoff!). Production notes are editable. Client and agency, catering, suppliers, links and the synopsis can all be corrected by hand. Broadcast and OB sheets keep their own structure. The technical block is grouped under the subheadings the sheet itself prints. Now in Dutch, German and Italian. Also: the sign-in screen scrolls properly at the largest text sizes.

Now in Dutch, German and Italian. A lighter call sheet: the day view keeps only the title fixed at the top, the weather shows the hours of your shoot, and the small print (client, catering, suppliers, links) sits in one Production notes section. Times follow the language you use, so a Dutch sheet reads 08:00 and a US sheet 8:00 AM. Your notes now live in the work log, the pinned note sits first in Important notes, and a schedule or scene list from a photo goes through the same upload sheet as everything else. Sign in first, tracking questions later: a fresh install opens on the sign-in screen, with a demo call sheet one tap away.

Email forwarding is now free for every account. Forward a call sheet to your own address and it shows up in the app, parsed and ready. The free plan now includes 10 call sheets a month instead of 3. Big multi-day call sheets that used to come back cut off now parse in full. A pushed-calls note on the sheet now moves every call time with it. (thanks Frederic!) A date printed without a year now lands on the right day. (thanks Menno!) The share message includes the call time and the day's forecast, and your own share link opens your own production. Attachments from photo batches and forwarded emails open reliably again, and Stealth Sharing and the address editor respond faster.

Callsheet Pro now speaks Polish. (thanks Frank!) Stills crews get their own roles: photographer, digital tech, photo assistant and more. (thanks Frederik!) Locations open in the navigation app you picked, TomTom GO, Flitsmeister and Sygic included. (thanks Wouter!) A call sheet whose scenes carry no times now follows the schedule, so the live view keeps up all day. (thanks Blaine!) A cancelled plan says when access ends, not that it renews. (thanks Trevor!) Password-protected call sheets unlock more reliably, and edits in the crew, scene and location sheets no longer get lost.

Times now follow your own clock. Choose Automatic, 12-hour or 24-hour under Clock in Settings. (thanks Corey!) The day log takes miles as well as kilometres. Sheets that plan extra hours keep them. A "+30 min" printed with the shooting hours now shows next to the wrap time. (thanks Ron!) More of every call sheet comes through: client and agency, catering, suppliers, and the hotel address.

Password-protected call sheets now open right on your phone: enter the password once and the sheet reads like any other. Live sport and broadcast call sheets parse cleanly, with crew groups and the camera plan shown inline. Documents you have opened before now open again even with no signal. Photos of a printed sheet count as one call sheet and one parse, whether you upload them or forward them by email. Plus a faster start and a round of smaller fixes.

A call sheet you added to a shoot someone shared with you could disappear from your list. It is back, and nothing was ever lost. Today now opens the nearest call sheet, whether it is coming up or just wrapped. Delete the demo call sheet and it stays deleted, on every device. Opening an attached document shows progress, and says so when the signal is the problem. Uploads and syncing no longer fail after a long session.

Night shoots now hold up past midnight. A sheet running into the small hours stays in the right order, and the live NOW marker and check-offs keep working instead of switching off mid-shoot. Editing a crew member or a location no longer drops their email, unit, or gate contact. An offline edit can no longer overwrite newer work from another device. Uploads that fail now say so. Lunch and wrap no longer show up twice. Call sheets joined from an older link can be edited again.

Stealth Mode now revokes attachments too. When you end a stealth share, let it expire, or take away someone's access, the attached documents stop opening as well, not just the call sheet. Shared attachments now open through short-lived links that check the share every single time. Also fixed: - Crew viewing a shared production can now suggest a frequency list. The button did nothing before. - Edits made without signal are no longer lost when you reopen the app and pull to refresh. - A double tap on Upload no longer files the same call sheet twice. - The weather card no longer shows another day's location. - A parse that times out no longer spins forever, and you get the parse back. - Notify crew now reaches productions with very large units. - Work log PDFs come out in date order. - Travel time estimates hold up when several locations load at once. - An expired subscription can be renewed from the welcome screens again.

UPLOAD, THEN WATCH Upload a call sheet and it becomes a live shoot day in front of you. Come back later and the reveal is waiting, leading with your call time. A REAL WELCOME Go Pro and you get a membership card, once ever. You're in. STEALTH, ARMED Arm a protected share and the room goes quiet: NDA gate, forensic watermark, kill switch, then your access code, big. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE Day Log now tracks overtime, travel time, breaks, expenses, and daily fees, exported in one branded PDF (Pro) Deleting a production takes two deliberate taps, so one stray tap cannot erase a shoot Overnight schedules stay live past midnight Sharing shows exactly which shares exist, and lets you end any of them Polish and fixes throughout

Finally you can close the app when parsing a call sheet! We notify you the moment your call sheet is ready, and it appears automatically. We rebuilt the day screen around one question: what do I need right now? A single card answers it, showing your call time before the day starts, then the scene currently shooting once the day is under way. It keeps up as the day moves. Reference sections like cast, documents, gear and emergency info now start collapsed with a count, so the things you check constantly are not buried under the things you check once. Plus stability and accessibility fixes throughout.

A fresh, sharper look across the whole app. Every screen has been rebuilt on our new design system for higher contrast and cleaner layouts that hold up in any on-set lighting. Sound departments can now collaborate on the wireless frequency list: propose changes, review them, and keep one shared source of truth across the crew. Plus the usual round of reliability and parsing fixes.

Stealth Sharing. Each recipient signs an NDA and gets approved one by one, every view carries a forensic watermark, screenshots are flagged, and you can pull access at any time. Notes. Keep private notes with photos on any shoot day, then export them in the all new Day Log. Track your hours, miles or km's and notes and export a PDF for invoicing or post production. A shared wireless frequency list for the sound department, kept in sync across the whole production. Plus a lot of other new stuff and improvements.

MADE FOR YOU Tell the app who you are on set and every day opens with your own call time, not just the general call. Filter the schedule by unit so you only see your team's day.
