Captis utilizes the camera on your device to scan text, such as serial numbers, model names, and part numbers from equipment or documents to precisely connect a user to the technical content. It allows the scanned text to be edited, and then it performs a search in your web application for detailed technical content. It includes a history log to revisit previously scanned items as well the ability to mark scan items as a favorite.
Captis is a companion to ONeSOURCE, a Technical Data Management (TDM) solution. ONeSOURCE is a modular framework for managing technical content, navigating complex diagrams, troubleshooting equipment failure, identifying and replacing parts, training field techs, or all of the above. It is an end-to-end product support system that can scale with your business, reduce costs, and gain efficiency as you grow.
