Adds new export formats for chapter marks

Contains a rewrite of the file download code to improve performance and reduce complexity.

Selecting marks while editing the marks list was not possible any more. This is fixed now.

Big improvements to scrolling behaviour in chapter marks editor view: * Jumping to chapter mark position only occurs when the time label is tapped * Adjusting the marker time by swiping only works when the swipe starts on the time label This makes scrolling vertically through your list of marks becomes much more easy and less error prone on the right side of the screen. Also some minor adjustments for iOS 12.2

Fixed Apple Watch localisation.

You can now configure a marker adjustment in settings. This will automatically move a marker into the past by this amount on creation.

You can now swipe left and right in the Apple Watch app to switch between marker creation and a now playing control view. This also allows you to change the playback volume directly from your Apple Watch using the Digital Crown.

Settings is now shown as push to the side instead of modal view.

* Fix old app name in settings to Chaptr * Remove setting to enable / disable mark audio feedback. This is always enabled now. * Add haptic feedback in settings * Restrict import of audio files to only allow supported formats: mp3 and m4a. This is restricted because I use the audio player framework from Apple and it is limited to these audio containers to work correctly.

Improvements to the Reaper CSV export format: Edit markers do now have the exact color Ultraschall does expect for edit markers.

Fix the button to write a review in the App Store.

This update makes Review ready for iOS 11. iOS 10.3 added a new way to ask for App Store ratings. With this update I now use this new API asking you to rate the app. You will only be asked to rate the app three times a year. Feedback: reviewapp@stefantrauth.de

Review is available on your Apple Watch now! Create marks from your wrist while you listen to your audio productions! This is especially interesting for all proud owners of the brand new Apple AirPods as they do not have a clicker any more. If you experience any problems, please let me know! You can now import audio files directly from the web. The files are downloaded and added to your list of audio files. Of course it is still possible to import files from document providing apps like before.
