Fixed an issue where some accounts were unable to automatically generate a profile.

Fixed an issue where certain menu configurations could cause the menu to not load properly. Fixed an issue where deep linking into the app could cause items to not load.

Improved load time for the user profile and balance. Fixed an issue with entering decimals in locales using "," as a separator. Fixed a bug where a new random profile could be generated even if one was already set.
