ClevrPay is a Web3 payment app powered by Cleanverse infrastructure, enabling trusted payments among A-Pass-verified counterparties through verified stablecoins and traceable on-chain value transfers.
Get started:
• Access: Get an A-Pass by connecting a wallet and providing a bank credential (bank/card account number) for one-time verification
• Deposit: Fund your A-Pass-verified wallet with approved stablecoins (USDC/USDT) from licensed institutions
• Pay: Make payments with other A-Pass-verified wallets (0.1% fee applies)
Why transact on ClevrPay?
• Transfers are made only between A-Pass-verified users — limiting exposure to unknown counterparties and significantly reducing fraud and illicit transaction risk
• Only whitelisted stablecoin deposits are accepted — ensuring funds originate from approved, traceable sources and maintaining strict source-of-funds control
• The interlocking of verified identities with verified stablecoins on every value transfer ensures adherence to Travel Rule requirements
