Updated the question process UI to allow more space for text and code. Redesigned the question process's colors to be more minimalistic, and contain a lot less blue.

Filtering questions is now easier! You can now filter by difficulty, tags, and category using the filter. To use the filter, hit the filter icon on the top right of the questions screen.
