The Complete Runner is an all-in-one running performance app that guides you with a personalized training plan, strength workouts that are specific to running, and mobility routines to keep your joints healthy. Our goal is to help you improve your running performance while preventing injuries. Combining science, strength, and a training plan that fits your goals and lifestyle, you will be able to run stronger and faster with less injuries.
With the Complete Runners you have access to:
• 3 strength workouts a week that improve running specific movement patterns with videos and descriptions for each exercise (modifications and progressions available)
• A personalized training plan designed by a physical therapist and run coach that fits your goals and weekly schedule (designed on the app VDOT)
• In app community access
• Follow along yoga flows designed for runners
• Follow along strength workouts for when you are short on time
• Follow along mobility routines for pre and post run
• Access to 2 physical therapists that specialize in treating runners and 2 run coaches
• Track your weights, progress, speed and mileage all in one place
