CPH Calm Down is an app designed to encourage you to calm down and relax.
This app uses a lot of sound and headphones are required for many sections. Also be sure that your device is not set to silent!
The CPH Calm Down app is full of entertaining distractions including: A deep breathing exercise with the Cleveland Play House’s Zeebo the bear, a virtual glass harp & virtual hand pan musical instruments, a sound board with 20 spline tingling ASMR sounds that can be mixed and looped, a meditation soundscape with with 11 worlds and 17 binaural beats & meditation tones that can be mixed in. Other activities include Explode Draw, Fireworks, Flower Boom, Sand Draw, Lights Out, Flower Draw, Bubble Pop, Slime Pull, Water Drops, Paper Tear, Fruit Drop (a game), Roller Paint, Popcorn, Sequins, Automated Mandalas, and Lawn Draw.
With so many activities there is bound to be something for everyone. It was developed for the Cleveland Play House in Partnership with the United States Department of Education and is designed for children and adults of all ages, contains no advertising or in-app purchases, and doesn’t connect to the Internet.
