Crimely is a community safety app that helps people look out for each other, share what’s really happening on their streets, and talk about problems in their neighbourhoods. Create an anonymous account in seconds, pick a handle, and start contributing to a live map of reports from people near you. Whether it’s suspicious behaviour, harassment, theft, hate incidents, or ongoing antisocial behaviour, Crimely makes it easy to surface issues that often go unreported or unnoticed. - Built Around Community Crimely is about neighbours helping neighbours: See what other people are reporting around you Tap into discussions on specific reports Add context, updates, or your own experience in the comments Use upvotes/likes to signal which reports the community finds most useful or concerning It’s a space to say: “This keeps happening on our street — has anyone else seen this?” and get real responses from people nearby. - Anonymous Account, Real Impact An account is required to protect the integrity of the community, but your identity stays anonymous inside the app: Choose a pseudonymous handle (e.g. u/CanaryWharfRunner) No real names or profile photos needed Your handle builds a reputation as others engage with your reports This allows for accountability and trust, without sacrificing privacy. - Live Safety Map Explore a live map of community reports in your area Heat-style pins and clusters show where engagement is highest Tap a cluster or pin to see all reports at that location Focus on your neighbourhood or search other areas you care about - Report Incidents in Seconds Add a short title and description Choose a category such as: These make it easier for communities to surface patterns of targeted abuse or hate incidents that might otherwise be ignored.
