Welcome to the Deep Research app This app generates an extremely detailed summary along with the appropriate web links for any question of your choice. This can be anything related to politics, sports, a job search, or even a scientific query. While Google and CoPilot may satisfy our “on the go” searches when we need to look up a piece of information quickly, deep research serves a different purpose - it presents an extremely thorough and detailed summary. This is particularly useful for journalists, students, scientific or medical professionals, or professionals in just about ANY walk of life. The difference between using this app and using LLMs like GPT-5 directly is not just in the degree of detail. LLMs, however recent, do not have information about very recent events. Google and OpenAI have circumvented this difficulty by allowing these LLMs to do web searches, but, as you may have noticed, how the data from these web searches is used by these LLMs is not clear. The answers produced are, most of the time, sub-par and not what a professional would expect. Deep Research scraps each and every web page in its entirety using state-of-the-art web scrapers. This is followed by summary generation using state-of-the-art LLMs. The app processes nearly 1 million tokens with every search, which is almost equivalent to an entire textbook. As you may expect, such a complex and extensive operation takes time. Most of the process occurs on our web servers, and after hitting “Run Job”, you can background or even close the app. You can open the app after about 10 minutes and check for progress. Per OpenAI, all content generated by the API is owned by the users.
