Dimplex Control is built on the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform, with end-to-end encryption between the cloud and your devices. Easy set-up. The app features a step-by-step setup wizard so you can start using the system quickly without having to leave the app. Simply connect your Dimplex Product* to a Dimplex Hub and gain control remotely through the App. Zoned control. Quickly view and change heating mode. Remote access. Monitor and control your heating from anywhere in the world using the Dimplex Control App** and a mobile data connection. Utilise Bluetooth to communicate directly with the Hub. This makes setup quick and never requires you to leave the app during setup*** Monitor energy usage by heater, zone or site with a daily, monthly and annual view. Control your hot water. See how much water is available at the set temperature (Requires a compatible Dimplex Quantum Water Cylinder QWCd). See faults reported on the app and request help using service mode. * Only specific heater models and series letters listed above are supported. Dimplex Control support requires additional hardware. In all cases, purchase of a Dimplex Hub (model name ‘DimplexHub’) is required to connect to the internet and communicate with supported Dimplex products.
