Adds support for using total item count, ability to specify a prefix and suffix for overall results, & keyboard toolbars to help mobile users.

User-specified value list delimiters, template tokens, and results joins. App Clip allows users to perform basic permutations. Ground-up rebuild of Shortcuts integration. Decluttered main view and extended settings. Additional utility processes like distinct values and a nice way to enter tab as the value list delimiter.

- Support in Shortcuts.app! Chain permutations by using output of one action as input to another action. User-defined options for delimiters, placeholders, and joiner. - Support for integer ranges and common lists. `\0-5 ` or `\-10--2 `, for example, will generate a list of values for each integer in the specified range. Obviously the first value must be less than the second value. `\days ` and `\months ` will spell things out. - Support for offsetting index. Add `\i+n` or `\i-n` in the template field to offset the counter. - Documentation of sorts. `\help` in the values and template fields will generate some helpful text.

- ADDED support for escaping placeholders in template field. - ADDED sort button for values field. Sorting an already sorted values list will reverse sort. - ADDED support for running multiple, independent instances of app. Previously, different instances would reflect the same content.

- ADDED paste and randomized example buttons to values and template fields. - ADDED ability to change casing of values by prefixing placeholder with `\U`, `\u`, or `\L` in the template field.
