On-device narration is free on supported iPhones. Optional streaming plans: Essential $3.99/month, Reader $7.99/month, Unlimited $14.99/month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage them in your App Store account settings.
