Open, review locally and archive eInvoices easily. Being able to receive, review and archive eInvoices GoBD conform is becoming mandatory EU wide. ABOUT ELECTRONIC INVOICES Electronic invoices (eInvoices) are digital documents that replace traditional paper invoices. They enable automated processing, reducing the risk of errors and fraud. Invoice information is stored in a digital format, delivered as an XML file or as an attachment to a PDF document. Our app makes this data readable, allowing you to review and compare invoices. All of this happens locally on your device, without requiring external services or uploads. Only archiving needs the Internet as you need a GoBD conform archiving per regulations. User-friendly, simple, and intuitive. KEY FEATURES • View eInvoice contents with all attached details • Print or export eInvoices in a readable format • Compare PDF invoices with their embedded eInvoices • Check eInvoice compliance • Search through complete eInvoice information • Upload and archive right from inside the viewer (These functions are unlocked via an In-App purchase, without you can still test if you file is a readable eInvoice. Archiving is done through the einfachArchiv service.)
