Bug fixes : Users have no data in their training visits page

- a few bug-fixes and performance enhancements.

- app increases the screen brightness when entering the membership QR code view - vending machine slider tweaked to fit iPhone X like devices - the side menu uses the scope of the logged in user (backend version 483 or later) - a few bug fixes and performance enhancements e.g. after cancelling a class participation the button still said "cancel" plus list of classes could display the text "Few spaces" although the class was fully booked.

A member can now authorize payments in vending machines. Bug fix: app may crash if the user was using a 12-hour clock on the device
