• Read-Only Access: Admins can now assign read-only access for crew members or other users who don't manage their own bookings but still need quick access to their reservation details. • Get to Your Hotel Details Faster: Tap a hotel reservation on your trip dashboard to view a new screen with quick, offline access to the hotel's phone number, address, photos, rate details and more. You can also modify your hotel booking from the same screen. We added similar functionality for rental car bookings in an earlier update. • One Tap Access to Hotel Apps: From the new hotel reservation details screen, you can open select hotel loyalty apps with a tap. • Airport Notes on Mobile: You can now view airport notes added by your team.

What's New • Create New Trips: Now you can create new single and multi-leg trips right within the app. They're great for placeholders, or any time you want to build a trip but aren't ready to book a service or notify an FBO. You can also give your trips custom names and easily add or remove legs on existing trips. • Filter by Person: Want to see a specific crew member's trips? Prefer to view only your own? You can now filter trips by crew members and passengers (in addition to existing filtering by date, airport, trip number, tail number, and aircraft type). Trip visibility honors permissions set by the account owner/administrator. • Organize Your Trips: Want to tidy things up? You can now group legs on the dashboard by trip or by date, and set the default dashboard behavior to either expand all or collapse to individual legs or trips. • Detailed Calendar View for Tablets: Now you can see extra info for each item on your calendar, including aircraft tail number and event name, in the new Detailed Calendar View. You can also color code each aircraft for easier identification. Plus, you can click and hold on any item in the calendar to jump to it on your dashboard. • Improved Navigation for Mobile: Begin a new booking, create a new trip, and access the calendar, filters, and display settings easier than ever with our redesigned navigation bar.
