It's time to start training like a game situation. Face-off's are a crucial part of the men's lacrosse game. The FOGO of a team can make or break the outcome of the game for their team. For too long FOGO's have had to practice on their own by using the voice in their head instead of an official with a whistle. Now, FOGO's can utilize the FOGO Pro app to get in the reps they need. Just simply open the FOGO Pro app, hit start, and listen for the officials prompts. Functions: 1) Plays three different sound clips on loop of an official starting a faceoff with a whistle. 2) Tallies the amount of reps a FOGO practices per day and per week. 3) Provides educational videos on the fundamentals of face-offs for beginners and experienced FOGO's alike. Benefits: 1) FOGO's can practice alone without an official, teammate, or coach. 2) FOGO's can log their reps and report them to their coach. 3) Beginner and Experienced FOGO's can utilise the videos to become better at face-offs and help their team win more games. Using this app will get you one step closer to becoming a FOGO Pro.
